Based at Indian Gymkhana in Isleworth, this martial arts academy specialises in Teuk Gong Moo Sool (TGMS), a Korean combat system originally developed for the South Korean Special Forces and adapted for civilian self-defence. The training brings together Taekwondo, Hapkido, Judo and kick-boxing, along with weapons skills using swords, nunchakus, sticks and knives.

As a martial arts academy, it is a place to build fitness, discipline and practical self-defence through coached sessions. TGMS covers a broad range of techniques including falling, throwing, joint locks and chokes, with training suited to people of all ages and genders.
