Based in Hove, Nam Yang Brighton is a martial arts and combat sports club that welcomes people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities. As a registered charity in Brighton and Hove, it aims to build a safe and inclusive community while supporting members to grow physically and mentally through training.

The club offers a broad mix of disciplines, from K1 kickboxing, Muay Thai and boxing to Shaolin Tiger Crane Kung Fu, along with Chi Gong and dedicated programmes for juniors and teens.
