Based in Macclesfield, Silk Gymnastics Club is a family run gymnastics club for children. Safety comes first, followed closely by making sure young gymnasts are happy and enjoying themselves as they learn. Sessions are led by a team of experienced, qualified coaches, with options ranging from classes for tots to recreational groups matched to each child's age and ability.

Gymnastics is a popular choice for young people in Cheshire East and beyond. It generally builds strength, flexibility, balance and coordination, and the body awareness it develops often carries over well into other sports. Recreational classes are a common starting point for children trying the sport for the first time.
