Run by YMCA Bournemouth, The Junction Sports & Leisure Centre in Broadstone serves Poole and the wider Bournemouth and Christchurch area. Listed here under gymnastics, the centre also offers a gym with inductions, a weekly fitness class timetable, Pilates courses and an exercise referral scheme. In the pool there are aqua classes, swimming lessons for juniors and adults, and sessions for babies and young children.

Multi-activity leisure centres like this tend to suit families looking for one place where different ages can be active. Gymnastics and similar activities generally help children build strength, balance and coordination in a supervised setting, and it is worth contacting the centre to check what is currently running.
