Based in Bournemouth, StrongCo is a gym built around small-group strength training. Sessions are coached, and the club welcomes both people new to lifting and those with more experience under the bar. The focus is on helping members get stronger, feel more confident and train consistently.

Small-group strength training generally sits between personal training and a busy open gym. Coaching attention tends to be closer than in a large class, which can help with learning technique on lifts safely, while training alongside a few others often adds motivation and a sense of routine that keeps people coming back.
