OURA

Run by Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, Sixmile Leisure Centre sits on Ballynure Road in Ballyclare and is listed here under martial arts. The centre welcomes visitors from across the borough, with swimming pools you can use without booking ahead, an air-conditioned fitness suite and a programme of fitness classes.

Multipurpose leisure centres like this are often a handy base for people wanting to try martial arts alongside other activities, since local clubs and instructors commonly hire their halls for sessions. If you're interested in a particular discipline, it's generally worth checking the centre's timetables or contacting them directly to see what is currently running.
