Adult Taekwondo Class

1 hour class for students aged 14+

About this event

This is a more mature class for older teenagers and adults to pick up a range of skills in a more relaxed environment customised to whichever students make it on the day. Beginner students will have the opportunity to train alongside higher grades while higher grades train with adults more there size so that they can train with a higher intensity.
