World of Swimming at Godolphin School, Salisbury
About
Based at Godolphin School in Salisbury, this World of Swimming venue offers structured swimming lessons for children aged 3 and over. Classes are taught by qualified swimming teachers, with the aim of helping each child build water confidence and learn to swim safely. The wider programme includes pre-school lessons, Learn to Swim stages 1 to 7, a pre-club option and adult lessons, along with holiday swim courses.
Swimming lessons are a practical way for children to develop a lifelong skill while gaining confidence in the water. Stage-based programmes generally let swimmers progress at their own pace, moving up as they master new strokes and techniques, and adult classes can suit anyone who never learned or wants to improve.
