Taekwon-do is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking techniques, patterns and sparring. Classes at clubs like this generally help build fitness, flexibility, coordination and confidence, while grading through the belt system gives students clear goals to work towards. Many people also value the discipline, respect and sense of community that regular training tends to encourage, whatever their age or starting level.
