Vision Taekwondo Club

About

Based in Wishaw, North Lanarkshire, Vision Taekwondo Club is a martial arts club focused on the Korean discipline of taekwondo. It gives people in the local area a place to take up the sport and train alongside others.

Taekwondo is generally known for its fast, high kicks and dynamic footwork, alongside punches, blocks and set patterns. Clubs like this typically work through a coloured belt grading system, helping members build fitness, flexibility, coordination and confidence step by step. Many people find it a rewarding way to stay active while learning self-discipline and respect, and newcomers are usually advised to get in touch with a club directly to ask about joining.
