Valdez Gymnastics Ballymena

About

Based in Ballymena, Valdez Gymnastics Ballymena is a gymnastics club serving the Mid and East Antrim area. Anyone looking for a local place to take up the sport, or to find classes for a child, may find it worth a look, and the club has its own website where you can check current details before getting in touch.

Gymnastics in general is a good way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs of this kind often cater for a range of ages and abilities, from young children trying their first rolls and cartwheels to more experienced gymnasts working on skills. It is usually sensible to ask a club directly about class levels and availability.
