Twist And Splits Gymnastics Academy

About

Based in the Newry, Mourne and Down area, Twist And Splits Gymnastics Academy is a gymnastics club offering coached classes for all ages and abilities. Sessions cover floor, asymmetric bars, vault and beam, with a tumble track and soft play equipment for pre-school children. The club's aim is for every gymnast to finish a class feeling they have achieved something, in a setting that is safe, friendly and fun.

Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs like this generally welcome complete beginners as well as more experienced gymnasts, with coaches helping each child progress at their own pace through new skills on different apparatus.
