About
Based on Chepstow Road in Maindee, Newport, The Martial Arts and Fitness Centre (MAFC) teaches ITF Taekwon-Do, kickboxing and fitness and sparring classes. Alongside its Newport base, the centre runs clubs in Caldicot, Llanfoist, Newbridge, Risca, Rogerstone and Undy, and classes are open to students from four years old upwards.
The centre is a member of several governing bodies, including the UK ITF, the International Taekwon-Do Federation, the British Taekwon-Do Council and the World United Martial Arts Federation. Martial arts training of this kind generally builds fitness, coordination and confidence, with structured grading that gives students of all ages clear goals to work towards.

Children can start training from four years old, with classes for older ages too.
