Tae Kwon-Do classes in Ely are run by The Mark Farnham Schools of Tae Kwon-Do, a martial arts organisation that has been teaching across East Anglia since 1987. The Ely club is one of many locations, with others in towns such as Cambridge, Newmarket, Kings Lynn and Huntingdon, and regular classes cater for both adults and children of all ages.

Tae Kwon-Do is a Korean martial art known for its kicking techniques, and training generally builds fitness, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Many people also take it up for its self defence value. The schools also cover kickboxing, and newcomers can book a free trial class before committing.
