The Hartford School of Gymnastics

About

In Northwich, Cheshire West and Chester, The Hartford School of Gymnastics offers a family-orientated setting where children and adults train alongside a coaching team. The club describes itself as safe and child friendly, with a strong sense of family running through it. Its activities include a display team and a ceremonies team, and gymnasts take part in championships.

Gymnastics clubs generally help build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence, with skills developed step by step through structured levels. Many gymnasts start with recreational sessions and move into development groups or competition as their ability grows, making the sport a good fit for both young beginners and more committed athletes.
