Temple's Tae Kwon Do (T.A.G.B)

About

Temple's Tae Kwon Do is a martial arts club based in Dursley, Gloucestershire, teaching the Korean discipline of Taekwondo. As its name indicates, the club is associated with the T.A.G.B (Tae Kwon-Do Association of Great Britain). It also has its own website, which is the best place to check current details before getting in touch.

Taekwondo is generally known for its fast, dynamic kicking techniques, alongside punches, blocks and set patterns. Training at a club like this typically builds flexibility, coordination and fitness, and many students follow a coloured belt grading system that gives clear goals as they progress. It can suit people of different ages and experience levels looking for a structured martial art.
