Based in Bispham, Blackpool, TCTKD is a martial arts school teaching original ITF Chang Hon Taekwon-Do. The school runs classes for adults as well as Lil Dragons sessions aimed at children from age four to five, with regular gradings to mark progress through the syllabus.
Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art that combines striking, kicking and patterns work, and many people take it up to build stamina, flexibility and discipline. Classes here are kept small, giving newcomers and experienced students alike a chance to train closely with the instructor.
