Tayside Taekwon-Do
About
Teaching Taekwon-Do in Dundee and across the wider Tayside area, this martial arts academy has been running since 1998. Classes take place each week at venues including Dundee, Balbeggie, Leuchars, Perth and St Andrews, with sessions for all ages from young children through to adults. Alongside the traditional art, training covers self-defence and general fitness.
A Taekwon-Do club is a good place to build discipline, coordination and confidence at your own pace. Sessions are typically graded by level and age, so newcomers can start with the fundamentals and progress towards their next belt over time.
