Based in Sudbury, Suffolk, this gymnastics club welcomes both children and adults to train at every level in a safe, friendly setting. Sessions are led by British Gymnastics qualified coaches in a purpose-built gym that includes a foam pit area. Classes run for different ages, from Tiny Tots (2 to 3 years) and preschoolers (3 to 4 years) to recreational groups for over-4s and an adult class, with summer holiday camps and parent and toddler sessions too.

Gymnastics is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and confidence. Recreational classes generally focus on learning skills step by step in a supportive group, making the sport accessible whether you are a complete beginner or returning after time away.
