Based in Bolton, Stealth BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club welcoming people of all ages and levels of fitness. Classes cover everyone from complete beginners through to more advanced practitioners, and there is a dedicated 16 lesson beginners programme designed for those starting with no experience at all. Kids aged 6 and over are catered for too, with sessions aimed at building confidence, fitness and discipline in a fun setting.

A Brazilian Jiu Jitsu club is a good place to learn grappling and ground technique, improve fitness and pick up practical self defence skills. Newcomers can generally expect a structured introduction and a friendly, supportive training environment.
