Teaching karate and kickboxing to students across Rotherham and Sheffield, State of Mind welcomes complete beginners as well as those with more experience. Training is tailored to each person's needs and skill level, with instruction from a coach holding a 6th Degree Black Belt and 25 years of experience.
As a martial arts school, it covers karate, kickboxing and self defence. Sessions like these are a good way to build fitness, focus and confidence, and many clubs offer classes suited to a range of ages and abilities.
