About

Founded in 1987, St. Cadoc's Youth Club is a football club based in Glasgow that began as a way for children at a local school to play the game. It has since grown well beyond the school gates, drawing players from schools across Renfrewshire and further afield, with more than 1,000 children across 12 age groups. Teams run from mini kickers aged four to six up to under 20s and a senior side, alongside a growing girls' section.

Youth football clubs like this generally offer young people regular training and competitive matches, a chance to make friends and build confidence. Adults can often get involved too, whether by playing or by helping out with coaching.
