Based in Balby, Doncaster, SSMA Martial Arts (the Steve Cox School of Martial Arts) welcomes students of all ages and abilities. Classes are grouped by age, with a Minis programme for younger children, a Juniors course and sessions for teens and adults, all taught with a supportive approach.
Martial arts training is a good way to build fitness, confidence and coordination while learning practical skills in a structured setting. Age-specific classes make it easier for newcomers to start at the right level, whether they are children, teenagers or adults looking to try something new.
