Sportskool Gymnastics & Football at KAYAC

About

Based in Winchester, Hampshire, Sportskool runs gymnastics and football activities at KAYAC. It gives children in the local area a place to develop coordination, balance and confidence through structured, coached sessions.

Gymnastics clubs like this one are generally a good starting point for young people to build core movement skills, strength and body awareness. Sessions are typically split by age or ability, so newcomers can find their feet before progressing.
