Based in the Fairfields area of Milton Keynes, Sparta Fight Club MK is a martial arts team focused on striking disciplines. Training covers K1 style kickboxing, kickboxing and Muay Thai, with coaching aimed at all skill levels from complete beginners through to those working towards competition.
