About

Based in Castlewellan, Sokol Gymnastics Academy is a gymnastics club serving the Newry, Mourne and Down area. If you are looking for a local place to take up gymnastics, it is worth getting in touch with the club directly to ask about sessions and how to join.

Gymnastics in general is a great way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs like this often appeal to children taking their first steps in the sport as well as those keen to develop their skills further, and regular training can also help with confidence and discipline.
