Based in Oldbury in the West Midlands, School of Black Belts is a martial arts academy teaching kickboxing and the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes are on offer for both children and adults, with the academy also running venues in Sedgley and Quinton.
Sessions are grouped by age, from Tiny Tigers for very young children through to dedicated adult and ladies only classes, along with private and group tuition. Martial arts training like this is a good way to build fitness, coordination and confidence in a structured, coached setting.
