RSDA - The Reality Self Defence Academy Bedford

About

Based in Bedford, The Reality Self Defence Academy (RSDA) is a martial arts club teaching Krav Maga with a focus on practical, real-world self-defence. Bedford is one of several RSDA locations, alongside Milton Keynes, Hitchin and Northampton, and the academy has been teaching self-defence for over 14 years (originally under the KMDA name). Members come from all walks of life, from complete beginners to keen fitness fans, and there is also provision for children.

Krav Maga is generally known as a no-frills self-defence system built around simple, instinctive techniques for realistic situations. Classes typically combine drills, pad work and conditioning, so they can help build confidence and fitness as well as practical skills.
