Rough Diamonds MMA

About

Rough Diamonds MMA is a martial arts club based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. As the name suggests, it is set up around mixed martial arts, giving local people a place to train in combat sports close to home. The club has its own website, which is the best place to check current details before visiting.

Mixed martial arts generally brings together striking and grappling, so training at an MMA club often covers a blend of stand-up work, takedowns and ground skills. Many people take it up for fitness, confidence and self-defence as much as for competition, and newcomers can usually expect to start with the fundamentals and build from there at their own pace.
