Based at CrossFit Grantham in Lincolnshire, RAW Kids Gymnastics offers fun gymnastics classes for young children, from walking age up to eight years old. The focus is on helping little ones grow in confidence, pick up new skills and learn the basic fundamentals of movement.

Classes are grouped by age and stage, starting with parent and child sessions for the youngest tumblers and progressing to fully structured pre-school and recreational classes where children take part independently. Early years gymnastics like this is a good way for children to develop coordination, balance and confidence while having fun.
