NP Taekwon-Do Academy
About
Based in the centre of Dunfermline, NP Taekwon-Do Academy is a martial arts club teaching Taekwon-Do at its full time home, the Elite Martial Arts Centre. Classes are led by qualified black belt instructors, several of whom have competed at European and World level, and the club welcomes everyone from complete beginners to those aiming to compete.
Taekwon-Do is a Korean martial art that develops striking, kicking, patterns and self discipline, suitable for a range of ages and fitness levels. A trial session is a good way to see how the classes work and whether the training style suits you before committing.
