Nidderdale Gymnastics
About
Set at Forest Moor School near Menwith Hill, between Harrogate and Pateley Bridge, Nidderdale Gymnastics is a small, friendly club for children aged 4 to 16. Established in May 2017, it welcomes girls and boys from Nidderdale, Harrogate, Wharfedale, Ripon and further afield, whether they want to compete or simply take part for fun. Additional classes run at Ripon Grammar School.
Gymnasts work through a rainbow awards scheme across all apparatus, including floor, bars, beam, vault, trampette and airtracks. A gymnastics club like this is a good place for young people to build confidence, coordination and new friendships. Newcomers who arrive not knowing anyone are helped to settle in.
