NDT Boxing Club
About
Based on Orwell Road in Felixstowe, NDT Boxing Club has been running since 2016 and offers boxing-based classes for both adults and young people. Alongside boxing for fitness sessions, the club provides one-to-one personal training, small group sessions, sparring and White Collar coaching. Coaching covers the correct basics of boxing and pad work as well as more advanced techniques, and pads and gloves can be supplied so newcomers can get started.
Boxing training in general suits a wide range of goals, from improving fitness and coordination to building confidence.
