Mitsuru Karate

About

Mitsuru Karate is a martial arts club based in Penrith, in Westmorland and Furness. As the name suggests, karate is the focus here, and the club has its own website where prospective members can find out more about how it runs.

For anyone in Penrith thinking about taking up a martial art, karate is generally a good all-round choice. Training typically builds fitness, coordination, flexibility and confidence, with students progressing through a graded belt system at their own pace. Clubs like this often welcome a range of ages and abilities, so it is worth getting in touch to ask about getting started.
