Loughborough University Swimming Pool

About

Set within Loughborough University's sport offering in Loughborough, Leicestershire, this swimming pool sits alongside a wide range of university sports. The university's sport pages list dozens of activities, including lifesaving, and cover facilities, para and disability sport, coaching and physiotherapy, so the pool forms part of a broad sporting setup.

A swimming pool is generally a good choice for low-impact exercise, building stamina and improving technique, whether you prefer steady lane swimming or more structured training. Visitors to university sports facilities can usually expect a mix of students, staff and members of the wider community, so it is worth checking memberships, timetables and booking options before you go.
