Kinetic Gymnastics
About
Based in Didcot and Wantage in Oxfordshire, Kinetic Gymnastics is an inclusive gymnastics club for children aged five and over. It welcomes a broad range of abilities, from youngsters who simply enjoy recreational sessions to those keen to progress further. Recreational classes are open to boys and girls, while squad training focuses on women's artistic gymnastics. Most classes now run at Wantage Leisure Centre, with a few still held in and around Didcot.
Gymnastics is a great way for children to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Clubs like this typically let young gymnasts start with the basics and move on at their own pace, with more structured training available for those who want to commit more time.
