Jets Dance Centre
About
Based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, Jets Dance Centre offers dance classes for children of all ages in a friendly and informal setting. The school opened in 2006, having previously run as the Wendy Hewitt School of Dance, and is a recognised member of the IDTA, giving pupils the chance to work towards recognised dance qualifications.
Students progress through graded examinations, from Preparatory Grade up to Intermediate, and some have gone on to study dance at university or professional academies. A children's dance school like this is a good way to build confidence, coordination and a love of performing, with opportunities to take part in annual shows.
