Inspirit Martial Arts - Kids
About
This Dunstable listing covers the children's side of Inspirit Martial Arts, a club with venues in Dunstable, Hockliffe (its headquarters) and Pitstone in Central Bedfordshire. Programmes include Ninja Kids, family kickboxing for adults and children aged 8 and over, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing classes for kids and teens, with trial sessions available to book.
Martial arts classes for children generally blend physical skills with structure and focus. Young students can usually expect to work on fitness, flexibility and coordination while learning techniques step by step, and many families find that regular training helps build confidence and discipline both on and off the mat.
