Inspirit Martial Arts - HQ
About
Based in the Leighton Buzzard area of Central Bedfordshire, Inspirit Martial Arts HQ is a martial arts club teaching kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Programmes cover kids, teens and adults, with options including Ninja Kids, ladies kickboxing and family kickboxing, where adults and children aged 8 and over train together. The club also runs sessions in Dunstable and Pitstone, and offers trial sessions for newcomers.
