Inspire Gymnastics Academy CIC
About
Based in Nottingham, Inspire Gymnastics Academy CIC is a gymnastics club for boys and girls from Reception age upwards. Alongside regular training sessions, it runs holiday clubs, and its programmes include Gymnastics For All, a Tumble Squad and an Apparatus Squad. Children train in a dedicated facility with a progressive coaching approach that suits complete beginners as well as those keen to build on existing skills.
Gymnastics is generally a great way for young people to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence. Recreational classes tend to focus on fun and core skills, while squad training usually offers a more structured route for children who want to progress further.
