On the outskirts of Wrexham, Impact MMA Gym is a mixed martial arts club offering a range of group classes alongside one-to-one personal training. The gym first opened in 2015 and now aims to cater for everyone, from fighters preparing to compete to members who simply want to get fitter and healthier. Children's classes are available from the age of five, with a focus on discipline and technique.
