Huntingdon Gymnastics Club

About

Based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, this gymnastics club welcomes hundreds of people each week, offering a wide spread of programmes. Options listed on its website include early years sessions, a participation programme, teen freestyle, adult gymnastics, adults and ladies fitness, home education gymnastics, Gym for All, SEND sessions and a performance pathway. The club also runs holiday camps and parties, and keeps a waiting list for tasters.

Gymnastics is a good all-round activity for building strength, flexibility, balance and coordination at any age. Clubs like this generally group members by age and ability, so newcomers can start with the basics and progress at their own pace, while those with more experience can work towards badges or competitive goals.
