Harlequin Gymnastics

About

Based in Leighton Buzzard, Central Bedfordshire, Harlequin School of Gymnastics is a gymnastics club welcoming a broad mix of ages and abilities. Some members train for national competitions, others come along to stay fit, and plenty simply enjoy the sport for fun. Alongside regular groups, the club runs Playgym sessions, a holiday club and birthday parties.

Gymnastics in general is a great way to build strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence, whatever someone's starting point. Clubs like this often suit young children taking their first steps in the sport as well as older gymnasts looking to progress, and many families find holiday and play sessions a good introduction.
