GZ Boxing Academy

About

Based in Manchester, GZ Boxing Academy is a boxing club serving the wider Greater Manchester area. It offers a place to train for anyone interested in the sport, from those just starting out to more experienced boxers.

Boxing gyms generally focus on building fitness, technique and confidence through pad work, bag drills and conditioning. Sessions tend to suit a range of ages and abilities, and many people take up boxing for the discipline and general fitness it provides as much as for the sport itself.
