Gyrus Olympic Gymnastics Club

About

Based on the Europa Business Park in Witham, Essex, Gyrus Olympic Gymnastics Club is a gymnastics club operating from a unit on Croft Way. Its own website lists a contact route for enquiries, so it is worth getting in touch directly to find out what sessions are available and who they suit.

Gymnastics clubs generally offer a structured way to build strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Many cater for a range of ages and abilities, from young children trying the sport for the first time through to more experienced gymnasts working on specific skills. Visiting or contacting a club beforehand is usually the best way to understand its groups and how newcomers are welcomed.
