Set in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, Foundry Gym is a 24 hour gym built around round the clock access and a spread of kit for strength, cardio and functional work. Members can train whenever suits them, with free onsite parking, showers and changing rooms, and a supplement shop on site.

The strength area includes dumbbells up to 70kg, multiple squat racks and lifting platforms, plus plate and pin loaded machines, while the cardio floor covers treadmills, cross trainers, bikes, rowers and stairmasters.
