Set in Coventry, Foundry Gym is a 24 hour gym open every day of the year, giving members the freedom to train whenever it suits them. With free parking on site and access to everything the club offers included in membership, it aims to make working out straightforward for people at any stage of their fitness.

The gym has free weights, a full range of cardio and resistance machines, and a functional training area with a boxing ring and bags. Classes are on offer too, so whether you are new to training or already established, there is scope to build a routine that fits around your day.
