Traditional Ju Jitsu practised in Stoke-on-Trent, Five Towns Ju Jitsu Ryu teaches practical self-defence to both adults and juniors. Sessions cover throws and takedowns, safe breakfalls and escapes, striking and atemi, and traditional weapons such as the bo and jo staff. Beginners are made welcome, and training takes place at St Michael's Church.
