Set a short distance from Windsor town centre, Five Star Gym is a split level gym serving Windsor and the wider Berkshire area. Alongside the main gym floor, it offers a range of classes including functional fitness, hot yoga, indoor cycling and Pilates, plus workshop yoga sessions.
The gym is set up to suit those just starting out as well as regular trainers. Facilities include cardio and weights areas, a cable and pin loaded room, dedicated studios and treatment rooms, along with changing rooms and on-site parking.
