About
Based on The Fairway in Harlow, Essex, FightSportsUK is a martial arts academy covering Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, MMA and No-Gi. The club runs more than 20 classes a week for adults and children, with sessions pitched at every level from complete beginner to advanced. Young students can start Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu from the age of four, and the academy trains in a purpose-built facility.
A mixed martial arts gym like this can suit people with very different goals, whether that is getting fitter, learning self-defence or preparing for competition. Newcomers usually begin with the fundamentals, and trying a couple of disciplines is a good way to find the style that suits you best.
